Network

At WMCTC, we try to keep a state-of-the-art cloud managed wireless network, with multiple redundant connections to each network closet. Access points completely saturate the building to assure 100% coverage in the classrooms, shops/labs, cafeteria, and key outdoor areas.

The wireless system is separated into Wildcat BYOD (for users with a WMCTC login to connect their personal devices), and WMCTC Guest (for outside guests and visitors without a login). All WMCTC networks are content filtered as per CIPA (Children's Internet Protection Act).
