Please note: SchoolCafe is no longer used at WMCTC for lunch accounts.
Currently, all Pottsgrove and Spring-Ford morning students and Upper Perkiomen afternoon students are served lunch at WMCTC daily.
WMCTC's cafeteria is operated by the Spring-Ford Food Service department. WMCTC has contracted with the Spring-Ford school district to provide lunches and a la carte items in the cafeteria. We utilize a computerized meal accountability system (Point of sale system), which eliminates the need for students to carry cash on a daily basis to make purchases.
Parents can add money to a student lunch account in two ways:
1. Submit cash or a check directly to the cafeteria staff (checks payable to Spring-Ford School District) or
2. Create an account through eFunds and add funds via credit card. This method involves a nominal fee.
Directions on how to create an eFunds account can be found on the next page.
Each student is required to use a lunch PIN code. This code is generated by the SFASD and will be provided for the students on their first day of school. This particular code is also required to set up the eFund account. All students must use this PIN whether they are paying cash or if they are eligible for free or reduced lunch. Using a PIN system instills confidentiality, which helps eliminate the identification of those students who receive free or reduced lunches.
Students who qualify for Free or Reduced lunch at their home school are also considered free or reduced at WMCTC. Parents must complete and return the applications provided by their home school directly to the high school.
It is advisable that your child bring money with them for the first few days of school if they are planning on purchasing any extras in addition to the provided lunch.
If you need assistance with eFunds, free/reduced lunch applications, or how to make a payment into your child's account, please contact Tracy Bogucki at 610-705-6209 or foodservice@spring-ford.net.
