Guidance Office

  • The Western Montgomery Career and Technology Center Guidance Counselor and sending district Guidance Counselors, in conjunction with classroom teachers, are available to assist students with post-secondary plans and personal concerns.  Located in the Guidance Office are college and technical school catalogs, applications, and other pertinent information.  
     
    Appointments to meet with the WMCTC Guidance Counselor or sending district Guidance Counselor may be arranged through the Student Services Office. In addition, support can be obtained for personal concerns through the SAP (Student Assistance Program) team.

    www.collegetransfer.net - This site allows students to see what schools are attached to SOAR.   Save time and money when completing an approved POS at the CTC program. 
     
    www.fastweb.com - This site allows students to fill out a survey for scholarship information.

    www.pfew.org - The Pennsylvania Free Enterprise Week is a wonderful program that allows students to learn about running a company.  It is a one-week summer program that brings students from Pennsylvania Schools together to learn about the free enterprise system and running a company.
