The TAC Team (Technical Assistance Center) is a student organization that provides technology outreach trainings to the community and help desk & IT services to WMCTC staff & students.
TAC Team members help the community learn how to use emerging technologies such as cloud storage, social networking, and online shopping, as well as keep up to date on how to use the latest smartphones, tablets, computers & more. Let us know if we can help by emailing

TAC Team members also assist the IT department with building-wide initiatives such as network upgrades, server maintenance, computer imaging & repair, & classroom AV installation. This allows participants to gain valuable job experience in the IT field and further the technology goals of WMCTC at the same time.
