• Program Rules 
    • Wear the proper uniform. 
    • Follow directions the first time given.
    • Talk in a normal tone, no shouting
    • Stay on task.
    • Arrive on time for class, five minutes maximum in the locker room.
    • Follow the “Golden Rule”. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

     

    Uniform Requirements
    • Clean your hands, hair, body, and mouth.
    • Hair tied back, off shoulders, neatly styled and out of the eyes.
    • No jewelry (This includes necklaces, rings, and bracelets) except small post earrings or ½ inch hoops.
    • No facial piercings. (If you have a facial piercing you will need to remove the jewelry or cover it with a band-aid)
    • Short, clean nails. Clear nail polish, clear pink nail polish, or French manicures only.
    • If your polish is not maintained neatly you will need to remove it.     NO ACRYLIC TIPS.
    • Natural, conservative makeup.
    • Designated school scrubs and lab coat.
    • White uniform pants require you to wear white or flesh-tone undergarments.
    • White uniform shoes or all-white leather sneakers with clean leather and clean laces. Crocs are acceptable, but they may not have any holes.
    • White crew socks. No low sports socks.
    • NO clothing is to be worn under the uniform.
    • No gum chewing.

    Note: Failure to comply with the uniform requirements will result in a reduction in grade for attitude for that day, and you will not be permitted to work on tasks in the clinical area and lab until your uniform is proper.
