Sports Medicine (CIP 51.260)

 

The Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Aide program is designed to prepare students for a number of technical fields related to Kinesiology.  Instruction includes theory and applications related to anatomy, physiology, physiology, pathophysiology, prevention, recognition, evaluation, and treatment of injuries, medical terminology, nutrition,  mental health and wellness, therapy, and rehabilitation of injuries, exercise prescription, and modification.
