Field Trips

A field trip is any school sponsored event arranged by a program instructor or a Career & Technical Student Organization (CTSO).


A student is responsible for submitting a completed Field Trip Form* no later than the deadline date. (*provided to the student from the WMCTC staff member organizing the trip) Students not attending a field trip are expected to attend WMCTC for their regular program time.


Students will still be responsible for the financial obligation if tickets or transportation have
already been ordered and the student does not attend the trip.
A student must be in good standing to attend a field trip. Individual programs may have further requirements for participation in field trips in which a student must abide by. Participation in center events is not a right and may be denied to any student who has demonstrated disregard for the policies and rules of the center.
