Back to School

Back-to-school forms must be completed for each student prior to the start of the school year.  Parents/Guardians, please take a moment to sign into WMCTC's Skyward to complete the forms.  Directions to access Skyward and complete the forms can be found below.

In addition to the online forms, there is an Evacuation/Authorization form that should be printed and returned with your student.  This form provides information in the event the school is evacuated and indicates to WMCTC who is authorized to pick up a student if evacuated.
