Digital Citizenship

Basic foundations of good digital citizenship and internet safety in the wild://cat BYOD program include:

• Use strong passwords, and don't share passwords
• Keep addresses, phone numbers, and other personal informa􏰀on private
• Be respec􏰁ul when communica􏰀ting.
• Don't be a troll! Focus on making positive contributions when you post to online communities.
• Do not connect with people you do not know personally
• Report any suspicious informa􏰀on to an adult immediately
• Photos & audio/video recordings are to be taken only when directed by the classroom teacher
