Assistant Principal

Assistant Principal's Message

Dear Western Montgomery CTE Friends and Families,

I am absolutely thrilled to join both new and old colleagues this year at Western Montgomery CTE!

With over 20 years in education, my journey has allowed me to serve in many different roles, including teacher, Supervisor of Special Education, Assistant Principal, and Principal in both traditional and CTE programs. I am so excited to be back doing what I love most: helping students connect with their passions, exciting them about learning, and serving our wonderful families and districts.

As a proud mom of three, I understand the unique challenges that come with guiding children toward the right path for them. I cannot wait to meet our students where they are, help them grow, and support them as they discover who they are and what they want to do with their futures.

When I am not at school, you can usually find me at home on our farm, surrounded by animals and the beautiful outdoors. I also bring a lot of energy to my day-to-day life—don't be surprised if you catch me singing and dancing my way through the school hallways, I love to have fun!

My door is always open to you. Just please excuse the Patriots gear in my office—I can't help but support my team! The rest of my family all bleed Eagles green, which makes for some very competitive (and loud!) football Sundays in our household.

I look forward to getting to know each of you personally and continue the great work that is being done at WMCTE. Here's to a great 2026-2027 school year!

Warmly,

 Erin Petters
